LEGAL TEAM

1. Mr. Prodip Kar

He started his legal practice at  Raiganj Court in the the month of January 1989 , by virtue of his prominent practice raise as an Advocate he was appointed as Asst. Public prosecutor in the year 1992 and thereafter in the year 2003 he was appointed as  Govt. pleader of Uttar Dinajpur District and he performed his responsibility with full honour and appreciation from the govt till April 2012,by virtue of his legal practice in the field of criminal matters and civil matters  he became equally versatile and expert in both criminal and civil matter which is a  unique competence in the field of legal practice . he has specialized as a sessions trial Advocate in many important cases, with his vast experience in criminal as well as civil matters he has achieved excellence in matrimonial cases, Consumer redressal cases, Citizenship and foreigners cases, Cybercrime cases etc. He is mostly engaged as senior advocate by other advocates in Sessions Trials,Matrimonial  cases, Consumer Redressal Cases,,Citizenship & Foreigners cases, Cyber cases, N I Act cases,Civil cases,Moves before District Judges Courts, High Courts , National Commission,  Tribunals ,etc

2. Mrs. Arpita Bhattacharyya

She comes from a very respectable Family of eminent advocates of Tamluk district Court. She is having 19 years’ experience as an advocate through these long years of vast experience she has acquired a respectable prominence as a criminal Advocate. Through these years she has handled huge number of critical cases in the field of criminal matters, family ( matrimonial) matters  , Juvenile Justice board( JJB) cases,  very  experienced advocate  in Sessions Trials  Consumer Redressal Cases,Citizenship & Foreigners cases, Cyber cases, N I Act cases; she is a very  hard  working and responsible advocate.

3. Mr. Ashok Kumar Sarkar

He is an expert in handling cases in High Court at Calcutta, State Administrative Tribunal (SAT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal (LRTT), Consumer Redressal Forum (District, State and National). He has vast experience in legal profession.

4. Mr. Satyajit Saha

He is having more than 19 years of legal practice. He has proved himself as a very efficient Advocate in Civil matters. He is very sincere and hardworking. He has not confined himself in his mother Court i.e. Barasat District Court but has been handling cases in other Courts in and around Kolkata. By virtue of his wide range of exposer he has proved himself as a very efficient and sincere Advocate in Civil Matters, Consumer Redressal Forum, Land Revenue Tribunals etc. He is also an expert in the field of Registration of all types of Deeds, including land, flats etc.
