We had started our business operation since 2006 through a partnership firm ASAN Bioinfotech. But after dissolving the firm, TBCS was born in 1st June 2020 with dynamic idea of modern era.
Since 2006, we have helped countless professionals by providing career consulting so that they might get opportunities in their niches of expertise. After disolution of this partnership firm ASAN Bioinfotech in 2007. In response to the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, we made a strategic shift.

In 2020, Talent Bridge Consultancy Services (TBCS) was established as a proprietorship firm, with a mission to support individuals and businesses during a time of unprecedented disruption. TBCS was founded with the goal of providing work-from-home job opportunities to those who had lost their employment due to the pandemic, offering a lifeline in difficult times.

In January 2025, Talent Bridge Consultancy Services (TBCS) proudly launched its newest venture — Enter Me, a progressive and inclusive admission consultancy dedicated to empowering students and families across India through informed educational guidance.

On November 4th, 2022, Talent Bridge Consultancy Services (TBCS) took a significant step towards skill development by acquiring a reputed multimedia and animation institute, Skills Avatar.
Since the acquisition, Skills Avatar has been offering a diverse range of industry-relevant, short-term skill-based courses, including: Graphic Design, Motion Graphics,2D & 3D Animation, Visual Effects (VFX), Digital Marketing, Soft Skills & Communication Training.
These courses are designed with a strong job-oriented approach, ensuring students gain the practical knowledge and industry exposure needed to succeed.
